Daada is a German-Colombian singer-songwriter raised in Tanzania. Now based between East Africa and Berlin, she makes multilingual, transcultural Indie music. She began singing and songwriting at the age of seven, accompanied by her violin and later picked up guitar and piano. Expect delicate threads of pop and soulful singer-songwriting in English, Spanish, German and Swahili. Daada's unique sound has landed her editorial playlists on Spotify and Boomplay as well as a nomination by Amazon Music Germany Breakthrough & All Hands on Deck amongst as top 6 newcomer. Her music has earned airplay and interviews on RBB Fritz (DE), Radio Eins (DE) and Global's Smooth Chill (UK), East Africa TV/radio (TZ), Nation FM (KE) and coverage in German, Spanish, French, Tanzanian and Kenyan media. Daada has performed at Sofar Sounds in Europe as well as Pure&Crafted and Reeperbahn Festivals in Germany.

Benjamin was born in Denver, Colorado and moved to Israel when he was 13 years old. This was a formative experience for him and in many ways made him an outsider of sorts. He has always been passionate about storytelling (his parents say he could talk long before he could walk) -- and his original dream was actually to write books. Once he discovered hip-hop he felt an immediate rush of energy and he knew that this was what he was born to do. He released his first album "On the Way" in July 2020 and the next two albums: "Colorado Boy" and “Prana” came out in 2022. He is passionate about using hip-hop as a vehicle for telling deep personal stories and he takes influence from great storytellers such as: Outkast, Mac Miller, Tyler the Creator, Nas, and Biggie.

Melancholy, intimacy and originality characterize their music. Each of the members of the all-female band, plays several instruments and they combine children's piano, viola, accordion, glockenspiel, cello, ukulele, percussions, melodica, horn, guitar and saxophone in their songs. Thus they create an unusual sound between folk, indie and pop. The focus is on honest lyrics that tell directly from our lives and from our personal experiences.
