Tori Sheard is an indie-folk artist from the UK, praised by BBC Introducing, Caffe Nero, and Laney Amplification. ‘Possessing the free-flowing aura present within First Aid Kit and Jade Bird,’ Tori combines poetic lyrics and earwig melodies to capture and celebrate 'human-ness' and truth-seeking. Described as ‘emotive and resonant, whilst still having a heavy hint of ‘holy sh*t, she’s on the verge of being a mega-famous popstar’’, Tori is quickly making her mark in the UK music scene. After selling out two headline shows at Nottingham’s Bodega & Rough Trade before turning 20, and then supporting Jake Bugg at the iconic ROCK CITY, she’s one to watch. Her success goes beyond her Midlands stomping ground, after joining US bands such as Dustbowl Revival and The Dip on their UK tours, playing venues such as London's Lafayette and Manchester's Deaf Institute. Tori relocated to Brighton in 2021 and has continued to build a close-knit fanbase in the South. Her first Brighton headline was a sell-out at Folklore Rooms, an intimate solo show accompanied by cello. Beyond her musical endeavors, Tori is also passionate about spirituality and sustainability, with plans to incorporate these ideas into her live shows and online platform.
Victoria Sheard has performed in Sofar Bristol and Sofar Nottingham.
