Our final artist news of 2022! The year’s not quite done yet. We’ve got openers for OneRepublic, acting debuts, late night TV performances, and more. Here’s our Sofar artist news for December.
In 2020, ClockClock was serenading us with an intimate performance in Sofar Mannheim. Flash forward to last month when the band had the chance to take the big stage and open for OneRepublic. They’ve got a string of European dates on the way, but for those who can’t make it, revisit their Sofar performance below.
Have you had a chance to listen to Sabrina Song’s new EP When It All Comes Crashing Down? The NYC-based artist (one of our favorites) has strung together four delightful tracks full of ‘90s tinged soft pop, the newest being the closer, “Doors”, a swelling ballad with an it’s-not-you-it’s-me feel, as Sabrina sings, “keep your heart right on your sleeve, rather leave you wanting more than getting sick of me.” Take some time with it.
Turns out that not only is Victoria Canal a top notch musician, but an actor, too. The German born, Spanish American artist has made her debut in season two of Little America on Apple +, and of course, she’s just as dynamic on the screen as she was for this Sofar NYC performance of “Not Afraid”. If you haven’t caught the new episodes of Little America, check out the trailer below.
And speaking of television, did you catch Madi Diaz’s debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live? One day you’re blowing everyone’s minds with a high energy Sofar LA performance, and then down the line, you’re playing on national TV. If you missed the artist’s performance, watch it, or re-watch it, below.

Last up for our Sofar artist news of 2022? This one’s about Neffy, one of our favorite Sofar artists (and a standout from 2021). The artist put out a new single, “I Lost My Nerve”, a vulnerable, acoustic song interwoven with voicemails between family, and low harmonies behind Neffy as she works through a heaviness. This song technically came out last month, but only on certain platforms, so we want to be sure you didn’t miss it. Hear the track on Bandcamp.
