We’ve hosted Sofars in all sorts of locations — museums, boats, libraries, gyms, stores… you name it. Hosting three thematically connected concerts in three different cities on the same night, however… that was first!
Here’s what went down. Last month, we teamed up with Michael Kors for an iconic night of music across three cities known for their fashion and music edge — London, Paris, and, of course, Milan. Six rising Sofar artists got to pick their favorite MK looks while performing simultaneous sets in Michael Kors stores across Europe.
Here’s who performed in London:
1. Olivia Nelson
London’s Olivia Nelson wore a faux-fur coat, feather-embellished top, black trousers, combat boots, and black Colby clutch while performing her powerful R&B set.
2. STORRY
Canadian singer STORRY followed suit with her own faux-fur coat, black sheer top, leather mini skirt, black boots, and black Colby clutch combo for her eclectic performance.
Here’s who performed in Milan:
3. Coca Puma
Roman artist Coca Puma delivered a full set of jazz wizardry, inclusive of her black hat. As she wrote on Instagram,“Wearing Michael Kors from head to toe was definitely a vibe!”
4. Serepocaiontas
Serepocaiontas is no stranger to fashion. Her contagious poppy lyrics were a perfect tonal match for the Michael Kors store in Milan.
And here’s who performed in Paris:
5. Joe La Panic
French artist Joe La Panic delivered her signature mix of electro, indie, and jazz, which practically defines the word “stylish.”
6. Naomi Greene
Self-described “harp girl” Naomi Greene exhibited pure French elegance with a chic performance inside the Michael Kors store in Paris.
