Sofar shows are returning around the world and we’re thrilled to welcome and reconnect with our community of hosts! Your spaces — breweries, galleries, boutiques, libraries, backyards, rooftops, the list goes on! — have hosted some of Sofar’s best moments. You’ve been there for first dates, friend reunions, engagements, future Grammy winners and local showstoppers, and we couldn’t do what we do without you.
While it’s been a hard year for most in our community (to say the least), we’d love to be a part of your reopening. With almost one hundred shows under our belt this year and a summer booked with talented independent artists, we’re more focused than ever on partnering with local businesses worldwide.
Still looking for a few more reasons to host a Sofar show? Look no further.
They showcase your brand.
Sofar shows are a unique way to show new customers what you care about (community and local artists) and what you have in common (a mutual love of music). They’re also a perfect opportunity to introduce an outdoor space you’ve reimagined during COVID.
They’re low lift events…
No really, you read that correctly. From advertising ticket sales and getting new audience members in the door, to setting up the audio and MCing the event — you open your doors and we take care of the rest. To make these shows happen, we’ve been working on new COVID-19 Show Safety policies and guidelines to ensure the safety at Sofars around the world.
…that drive new customers and create loyal brand advocates.
Want to introduce your business to adventurous new customers in an exciting, laid back atmosphere? When you host a Sofar, you’re not only getting new customers in the door and establishing relationships with local artists, you’re also gaining visibility on our local social media channels and email lists, all while creating loyal brand advocates.
They benefit local artists…
Connecting local artists with dedicated music-lovers is kind of our thing. Hosting a Sofar shows gives artists more than a stage, it gives them income, reach, and an intimate space to share their music.
…and bring communities together.
Local is better. Your business can play a pivotal role in creating a one-of-a-kind immersive experience that brings guests and artists from across your city closer together.
And they’re just plain fun!
Meet new community members as they return to their first post-quarantine shows, reunite with their friends and communities, and discover your unique business. Then, watch stripped down sets from independent artists making waves in your city. We may be a little biased, but it sounds like a perfect night to us.
